To find the right size:

• Neck. Measure around the base of your dog’s neck where a collar would naturally sit.

• Chest. Measure the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs.

• Back length (for coats and jumpers). Measure from the base of the neck to the start of the tail.

If your dog is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for coats and jumpers to allow for movement and layering. Every dog is beautifully unique, so measurements are always more reliable than breed guides.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days depending on the item and your location.

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Apparel should be tried on gently and kept clean

• Grooming products must be unopened for hygiene reasons

To start a return, simply contact our support team with your order number. Once approved and received, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.
